long jacket for spring

using thin wool fabric. 

stitching roughly from outside. 

First, i made a mistake fir sizing and ended up with this front open jacket. 

I wanted to make overall short pants. It was too small.. 

So i cut the front and attached gold studs around the collar. 

Chelsea Gallery

I am taking model making class, and we always has competition over a cupcake. 

This time we designed gallery in Chelsea. 

It has been done in 2 hours. 

I played with repetition of geometric shape.

I realized I like to use triangles in my design a lot. 

 

I couldn't get a cupcake this time though.

Hood top & Dot short pants

I wanted to make cloth with hood.I found the way to make hood without sawing two pieces together. this top is one piece. nothing is attached. just 3 holes for arms and head. 

The dot short pants was inspired by Yayoi Kusama who is a famous artist as using dots. I saw her installation in Pittsburgh trip. It was something you never forget and it made me want to make dot pattern cloth. 

Nuts Madam

Today was such a nice day. 

I hang out with Yura and You. 

It was so fun and sweet time with them. 

You took us to the Italian taps place, Gottino in west village. 

We had coffee and free fresh nuts. 

It was so delicious! 

The Nuts Madam showed up after we ate them. 

I am going there again soon!! great place.
